These conditions shall define the terms under which these services may be used, and shall apply exclusively to Members and Users alike.
When using our services, either as a Member or as a User you are entering into a binding legal agreement in so much that you are stating that you have read and understood these terms, and in doing so you are voluntarily and freely accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions including all of our policies, namely our Privacy Policy, (which explains how we collect, use, share and store your personal information),our Cookie Policy, (which explains how we use cookies to assist us in making this site a much more pleasant experience and), our Copyright Policy, (which explains how images and other content is controlled), or any other service or conditions we may adhere to, whether you are a Member or a User.
If for any reason after you have read these Terms and Conditions you are not in complete satisfaction with any part - Please do not register for an account or use this site. If you continue to use this site from herein it is understood that you are in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

Wot Go On is an Online Entertainment and Events Organisation Website whose sole purpose is to promote Events and Entertainment open to and available for attendance by the public in general, whether free or paid for, allowing them (the public) to easily find out what is going on, and where and when they (the public) can attend these events.
Our services are also designed to give our Members an economic opportunity by promoting their event on our site.
Wot Go On .com has the discretion to change these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other policy it has in force without warning. These changes will become effective with immediate effect.
All accounts must be held in a real name only, any corporation or business wishing to advertise with us must use a personal name of a real person who can maintain and authorizes the account, and must not already be restricted from using any services owned or controlled by Wot Go On .com.
Once you have become a member, you will have access to all of the features and services that are available to any registered member, whereupon you will then be given a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use this site and all its features in a proper manner.
Wot Go On .com will make every reasonable effort to make sure the listing is available for viewing within a maximum 24 hours period and to guarantee the maximum possible server availability. However, it is hereby stated that due to the nature of the wide world web in general Wot Go On .com cannot guarantee 100% availability.
The member is also solely responsible for any communication between them and any users, and any action that is taken between any member and user shall not be assigned in any form whatsoever to Wot Go On .com. Any contact, emails, names, telephone numbers, URLs and other messages or information received between any member and a user via the services of this site should be used in a confidential manner, and should not be made available to third parties without consent. If however, these conditions were breached no responsibility would lay with Wot Go On .com or any of its representatives or agents in any way whatsoever.
It is also noted that if a member/user breaches any of these terms, Wot Go On .com may block their access or delete the respective listing in its entirety and terminate their account with immediate effect. Wot Go On .com will consider the nature or seriousness of the breach of these terms and conditions, and determine, among other things, whether the incidence was committed with intent or negligence.
Wot Go On .com may also see fit to exclude or reject any individual member or user from using these services without notice or reason.
You will also not share your account with anyone, your account is not transferable, and that you will maintain a confidential, strong and secure password.
It may also become necessary to make changes to the titles, names, software, text, information, trademarks, logos, pictures, and services of this website and these can also be made as necessary without warning or notice. However, we will adhere to inform each Member by email of all amendments, changes and or adjustments as and when they are implemented.
The sole purpose of this site is to promote Events & Activities that may be taking place, and in doing so each member is entitled to place advertisements on this site via their registered account, these advertisements will be known as ‘Event Listings’.
All members are solely reasonable for the content, or any information placed or uploaded to this site via the listing of an event. You are also to make sure that the information provided is accurate, this will include correct posting of Dates, Times, Places, Addresses, Contact Numbers, Email Addresses, Web Site URL's, and that you will ensure that any other information used in your listing on this site is accurate and unbiased and that it is of a responsible standard. Also, Wot Go On .com is entitled but not obliged to check that the content of any text or any image entered meets the guidelines set out in these terms. We carefully research and monitor all listings, we also engage in public participation of peer reviews & opinions.
You will have the right to access, modify, amend, correct, or delete any information that is not required to maintain either an Event Listing or an Account. You can also change or remove your content, and close your account whenever you wish.
Listings will only be made available for live viewing at the discretion of Wot Go On .com.
We or any other parties associated with this site hold no responsibility for the information which you post or upload via a Listed Event.
You agree that you will not post or make available any content to this site that will in any manner infringes, violates or misappropriates any person(s) or other parties whatsoever.
This will include, but is not limited to threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, or malicious content that is harmful to any person or entity.
That you shall not behave in a Libellous/Defamatory or in any other way that is Hateful or Discriminatory based on Race, Colour, Sex, Religion, Nationality, Ethnic or National Origin, Marital Status, Disability, Sexual Orientation or Age or any way which is objectionable.
That you shall not impersonate any other person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent any person or entity.
That you shall not be Invasive of another's Privacy.
That you shall not Stalk or otherwise Harass anyone.
That you shall not post any content containing Child Pornography to this Site, or behave in any manner that is harmful to minors in any way.

That you shall not demand money or services in lieu of Sexual Favours, or promote Escort or Prostitution services.
That you shall not advertise Illegal or Controlled products or services.
You shall not post any Event Listing which is deemed to be offensive in any such manner, whether by law or by general consensus. Or any Listing which may cause conflict, whether it be intentional or unintentional.
If it has been shown that incorrect or misleading information has been uploaded then the event may be blocked from being viewed until the listing has been amended. If no amendments are made the listing will if necessary be removed.
Any listing of any event which by research, study, or public complaint doesn't meet our editorial standards will be deemed as unfit and may be removed.
If you believe that your listing has been unfairly adjudicated you may contact us where we will review your reasons. All organisers with a listing due for removal will be notified of the intention.

Not create a false identity or create a membership account for anyone other than yourself, or that you will not attempt to use someone else account.

We offer no guarantee that any events will be used or visited due to advertising on our site.
We also reserve the rights to change, interrupt or discontinue in any way, any features of the site either temporarily or permanently with or without notice to the member/user. The member/user states they are in agreement that Wot Go On .com is not liable to them or any third parties with respect to any changes, interruptions or the discontinuation of any or all services. Wot Go On .com will make every effort to inform all member/users of any changes to these terms in a timely manner.
That no liability will occur if the service or functionality of the site is interrupted or hampered as a result of any operational or equipment disruption or by any other reason, and that the Service is provided on an 'AS IS' or 'AS IS AVAILABLE' basis.

Any criminal action taken against any member, organization and or event(s) listed or promoted via this site lays solely with the member and/or parties listing the event.
The contractual relationship between this site and any member/user shall be governed by UK law.
In order to support the production and hosting of this site, we may use third-party advertising companies, such as Google ads, and/or other advertising companies. We are not responsible for the content that you may encounter on other websites that you may find or access when reading material accessed via these links. Also, note that Google ads are a third party that also use tracking techniques. Please see our Privacy Policy.
We do not select or approve the advertisers used in any of the ads that are generated by Google, or others, which may be placed on any of our web pages. We will, however, disapprove and reject any advertiser which abuse any of these terms & conditions.
The 365-day rule relates to the length of time a listing may reside in a members account. You may create a listing free of charge and save it in your account. You may return to updated it, amended it, submit it or delete it at any time. If you create and save a listing in your account and then you do nothing to it for 365 days, after this time the listing will automatically be deleted, all information and images relating to the deleted listing will be lost, and you will have to create the listing again.
If you open and save the listing within the 365 day period you will 'reset the clock' from that day and the 365 day period will start all over again. However this rule does not apply to any listings that are live on the main indexes - for instant - you may have listed your event to run for one year, this listing will then not be subject to the 365-day rule as it is a live listing, even if it has not been amended or saved it within a 365-day period, it will still not be subject to the 365-day rule. Once your listed event has run it's course and reached the end date that you originally selected it will be removed from the live indexes, and then the 365- day rule will begin. However, if you save or amend the expired listing this too will 'restart the clock' again. This rule will apply to all listings you have created and saved in your account. To keep your saved listing from being deleted you must open and save them at least once every 365 days - unless they are a live listing.
Copyright violation is a crime & can carry heavy penalties, text, photographs, images, and the website design are all part of the owners or creators copyright. Information found on this website may be protected under laws governed by other countries such as the United States, Canada, the European Union and other countries, please respect this.
All Wot Go On .com content is protected by copyright. Copying of Wot Go On .com content, especially user profiles or email addresses, and publishing elsewhere shall be forbidden without the prior written consent of the owner. We respect the intellectual property of other individuals and organizations, and we would like our members and users to do the same.
By uploading an event listing and images the member confirms that they are either the owners of that content and/or images, and/or has obtained any necessary permissions, licenses or rights from the owner(s) of copyright required for publication.
Members should note that due to the nature of this site all materials posted to any live listing such as photos, images and text on the internet will make them highly visible on a global stage, and as such you should be aware that they are liable to be copied and downloaded, and so therefore under these circumstances it is your own responsibility to pursue any wrongful misuse of any image you may have posted via this site and that you fully agree that it is not the responsibility of Wot Go On .com to do so.
Each member is responsible for determining any infringement of any copyrighted of any material that they posted or uploaded, that they may encounter due to listing their event on this site.
Wot Go On .com also reserves the right to use any material posted to its site for promotional uses in enhancing the experiences and usage of both the member and the user if need be.
Wot Go On .com makes no claim to ownership of any image or content posted via any members listed event.
The member declares that any legal title to claim any infringement of any copyright material by any third parties due to any listing or images posted by them shall rest solely as their own reasonability and that Wot Go On .com shall be excluded from this liability.
Members or Visitors who believe that a copyright infringement has taken place must provide written evidence to Wot Go On .Com. This should include your Proof of your Name, Address and Email Address, along with a detailed description of the copyrighted work that is allegedly involved in the infringement, and also explaining why it is an infringement. The Event Listing that is involved. You must also be authorized to take action for and on behave of the owner(s) of the copyright, along with an electronic or physical signature of the party or individual making the claim.
Please make sure that all the information is accurate - False statements and accusations can lead to charges of perjury.

You should also be aware that your public listed event and its details may be visible even after deletion via search engine results until the search engine refreshes its cache.
No other member whether in general or for professional purposes can gain access to any information that we may hold about you, whether limited or in full. For no reason other than our own use do we allow access to personal information.
We may however at times use information and examples found in the public event listings provided by our members, or via any testimonials about our services in connection with any one of our promotional campaigns.
We do not rent or sell personal information that you have used to either open an account or have posted on our services, or gathered via any other mean such as trackers. We do not disclose any of your personal information at all.
We do not generate any income of any sort through engagement with other services or other companies by means of using your personal information, such as targeted advertising programmes.
You also understand that by creating an account, we and others, (such as PayPal), will be able to identify you by other additional means and services that you may decide to purchase.
